In accordance with Government guidance, and to ensure the health and well being of our Staff and the wider community, Macleod & MacCallum have closed their offices in Inverness, Invergordon and Portree from Tuesday 24th March until further notice.
We have been preparing for these circumstances for some time and these preparations have enabled us to now operate our business continuity plan – these arrangements will enable us to provide legal, property and lettings services in a safe manner for all. We would like to re-assure all of our clients and to anyone who may require legal or property advice and assistance in these strange times that we are still here to help.
A number of our legal, property and lettings teams are working remotely and are able to help by way of telephone, video call or email. Our main office number – 01463 239393 is manned from 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm – please call and you will be re-directed to the member of our team dealing with your business, or if you are a new client requiring assistance, then you will be passed to someone who will be able to help.Those members of our team that are working remotely remain contactable on their direct dial numbers and email, and if the person who was dealing with your business is not currently working then your call or email is being diverted to the person progressing matters for you.
We appreciate that this is a difficult time for everyone and we want to do all that we can to help you continue with any ongoing business, or just to help and advise you if you have concerns.
