Areas of Law

Adults with incapacity, including Guardianships; Child Law, including contact, residency and parental rights and responsibilities; Debt Recovery; Commercial disputes (Breach of Contract, Payment Actions and Interdicts); Family law, including separation and divorce; Personal Injury; Property litigation (disputes regarding boundaries, landlords and tenants).


Scott is an Associate solicitor based in our Court Department, and is part of our Family Law team dealing with a wide range of matters.  Scott is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer and deals with a wide range of Family Law and Child Law matters.  Scott also deals with general civil matters, including personal injury and debt recovery and contractual/property disputes. He has also gained considerable advocacy experience during his time with the firm, and regularly appears at the local Sheriff Courts both on an agency basis and acting on behalf of the firm’s own clients. Scott enjoys playing golf (badly), going to the gym and music and comedy gigs.  He is also a member of Dean’s Council of the Faculty of Solicitors of the Highlands.
