Graham moved to Inverness in 2010 after 13 years studying, training and working in Glasgow (with one year studying In France). Initially specialising in personal injury law and fatal accident claims, he has expanded his case load to include a broad range of dispute resolution services.
Graham has a good understanding of rural and island life, having been born and educated in Orkney, where he still regularly spends time on the family farm. He frequently represents landowners in boundary, access and other disputes and business owners seeking to enforce payment and other contractual obligations or to defend unfounded claims made against them.
He has a busy caseload advising individuals on claims arising from personal injury and death as well as disputes about wills and inheritance.
