6th – 12th March is National Spring Cleaning week so what better way to set about preparing your house for market?? A clean tidy bright house creates a really good first impression.
A dark, cluttered untidy home gives of a “negative” mood while a clean tidy de cluttered house gives off a “positive “ mood…. Which would you rather live in?
Ideally start in the kitchen, the heart of the home, remove anything you are not using regularly, tidy up the work surfaces, clean the windows and eliminate lingering or strong odours. Pay extra attention to the bathroom, re grouting where necessary then move throughout the rest of the house – transforming the property as you go
