Milton of Leys Primary
Our sponsored team Milton of Leys Primary Football Team P4/5 have yet another trophy to add to their collection, they won the Gordon Bennett Cup 2016 at the weekend.
To win their group the team won 5 games and drew 2, going on to beat Cradlehall in the quarter final 3 – 1. The semi final against Lochardil went to penalties and the team went on to secure the final by a single goal against Inshes.
The team scored 16 goals (Jay 7, Kenzie 5, Cole 3 and Archie 1) and conceded only 1. The goal keeper Tyler had a very impressive 9 clean sheets.
The Teams at Milton of Leys have had a fantastic run of success this year and must be very proud of their success.
