Meet the Award-winning Lettings Team at Macleod & MacCallum
We are delighted that our busy Residential Lettings team have been recognised at a national awards ceremony as the best in the country. The team were awarded the coveted Residential Letting Team of the Year title at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2023 on 28th September.
The Award is a well-deserved recognition of the Team’s professional and modern service, provided to their many Landlord clients throughout the Highlands.
Our Lettings Manager, Sarah-Anne Gow commented: “I am delighted that the judging panel recognised the quality of the services which my team and I strive to provide to our clients and recognises the hard work and dedication that the whole team bring to their roles.”
“During the last few years, we have increased the range of service options which we are able to provide to our clients, to include a Buy-to-Let Service, a Property Inspection Service, a Tenant-finder Service, Tenant Referencing, a Rent Collection Service and a Compliance Work Service, together with the traditional full factoring service offered to our Landlords” Sarah-Anne added.

Sarah-Anne has been with Macleod & MacCallum for over 20 years, bringing this depth of experience in the local rental market to help our Landlord clients when managing their properties.
Sarah-Anne is joined in the Team by Gemma Duncanson and Karen MacGillivray, both experienced Lettings Negotiators with more than 2 decades of combined experience in the Lettings industry. The team are complemented by Rebekah Williams, our Lettings Administrator / Lettings Negotiator, who brings more than 4 years’ experience in the field to her role.
