Sarah-Anne Gow, our Residential Lettings Manager
and
Scott Dallas, a Solicitor from our Court Department
will be available to answer to all your queries.
Sarah-Anne, has over thirteen years’ experience in the letting industry
and deals with both factored and non-factored properties, as well as
assisting buy to let landlords looking to invest in property.
Scott deals with a variety of civil court business including advising landlords and tenants in connection with disputes, the recovery of possession of rented property, the recovery of rent arrears and other charges and the implications of improperly drafted tenancy agreements.
Our Residential Lettings Department is a member of both Landlord Accreditation Scotland and The Scottish Association of Landlords.
Landlord Accreditation Scotland represents the interests of all landlords and letting agents throughout Scotland and is a voluntary scheme by which landlords and letting agents can assure tenants that the tenancy arrangements they have adhere to the high standards outlined in the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords.
The Scottish Association of Landlords is the professional body for private sector landlords and letting agents in Scotland and again is a voluntary scheme.
