Law Society of Scotland annual plan launched at SGM

The Law Society of Scotland presented its 2014-2015 annual plan at a special general meeting held in Glasgow today, 24th September.  This sets out 40 key projects the Society propose to undertake in the coming year, giving themselves a busy agenda.

There are lots of important issues in Scotland at the moment including the topical subject of constitutional reform, issues surrounding access to justice etc, but I can’t help be most excited about the launch of the new digital Smartcard for solicitors!  I guess the legal profession is really starting to move with the times!
