Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

We are looking to recruit a full time Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to work within our busy residential department. The work will include a full range of residential conveyancing matters and involves a high level of client contact. The successful applicant will have good keyboard skills and be self-motivated. Knowledge of conveyancing would be advantageous but not necessary as full training and support will be given. This position may suit an experienced legal secretary looking to develop their career in this area. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and in the region of £23,000 p.a.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are looking to recruit a full time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a 12 month fixed term contract, to work within our busy residential department. The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and will be responsible for a wide and varied client base. We are looking for someone who is newly qualified with residential conveyancing experience or a second year trainee who would like to assign their contract and has a residential conveyancing background during their traineeship to date. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and in the region of £26,000 p.a.

Property Sales Negotiator

We are looking to recruit a Property Sales Negotiator to join our busy and progressive Estate Agency Department. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in selling houses and excellent people skills as you will be dealing with our Clients face to face and over the telephone on a daily basis. Previous Estate Agency experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be given. A full driving licence and car are essential. An attractive salary package includes basic salary plus commission and car allowance.

Property Department Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Property Department Assistant to join our busy and progressive Estate Agency Department. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills as you will be dealing with our Clients face to face and over the telephone on a daily basis. You must also have good keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Word. Applicants must also be willing to learn our ‘in–house’ database and information system. Your working week will be 35 hours. Salary will be up to £16,500 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
