Our buy-to-let service is specifically designed for landlords who are keen to enter the buy-to-let market or grow their existing portfolio and would like professional advice and guidance.
We will:
• Recommend suitable investment properties
• Offer mortgage and investment advice through Macleod & MacCallum Wealth Management
• Deal with the conveyancing of the property
• Manage the property for let
Fees:
• For an upfront fee of £125 plus VAT, we will search for a property for up to six months (to be deducted from our management fee once a tenant has been secured)
• Conveyancing, carried out at a fixed fee
• Restricted factoring to 10% plus VAT of monthly rent collected
