We are a firm of seven Partners:
Graham P Watson
Graham is the firm's Senior Partner. He deals with all aspects of commercial and business advice including property contracts, development site assembly, conveyancing, leasing, loans and securities. He has a great deal of experience with liquor licensing, regularly appearing at local Licensing Boards on behalf of our clients, and advises a number of local housing associations in connection with their properties, housing tenures, securities and statutory compliance. Graham is also the firm’s Client Relations Partner and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Morag S MacIntosh
Morag deals primarily with family and child law. She is trained in collaborative family law and holds a Law Society appointment as a Civil Legal Aid Peer Reviewer. She is also a Director of Ross-shire Womens Aid. Morag has built up her specialization over the 23 years she has been with Macleod & MacCallum and she acts for clients in both local courts and in the Court of Session.

Alison M Martin
Alison deals in all aspects of domestic conveyancing . She has worked at MacLeod & MacCallum for 20 years and holds the Financial Planning Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Alison is in charge of our Rural Land Department and is also a Director of the Highland Solicitors Property Centre.

Peter F Mason
Peter deals in all aspects of both domestic and commercial conveyancing. Born and brought up in Inverness, he joined Macleod & MacCallum in 1995 and is now the Partner in charge of both our Financial Services and Private Client Departments. He holds the Financial Planning Certificate and also the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice of The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.

Fiona J Campbell
Fiona deals primarily with family law and employment law. She regularly represents our clients in local courts and employment tribunals. Fiona is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and as a Family Law Mediator, and is trained in collaborative law. Fiona is also an accredited Family Law Arbitrator and a member of the Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland.

Corra Irwin
Corra's areas of expertise include all aspects of commercial conveyancing, leasing, buying and selling of businesses and providing general business advice. She also advises on loans and securities. Corra has a particular specialisation in Housing Association Work. She also advises on all aspects of charity law, including the formation of charitable companies and advising on the requirements of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator in obtaining charitable status. She regularly provides advice on the setting up of trading companies for charities and advises charity trustees on their duties and responsibilities under charity law. She is a former Honorary Secretary of the Inverness Civic Trust and a former Secretary of the Faculty of Solicitors of the Highlands.

Lindsay Bishop
A partner in our Conveyancing department, Lindsay joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 1997. Now heading up the largest Solicitor Estate Agency Department in the North of Scotland, Lindsay has very considerable experience in the field of domestic conveyancing. She also acts for clients in the buy to let and development sectors and is the head of our busy Residential Lettings Department.
