Douglas R. R. Graham
Douglas is our Senior Partner. He has held various appointments including Vice-Chairman of Moray Firth Radio Limited, Chairman of Highland Hospice, Scotland Board Member of the Big Lottery Fund and Non-Executive Director of NHS Highland. From 2000 – 2007, he was a member of the Scottish Committee of the Council on Tribunals. His areas of practice are commercial, the third sector acting for public bodies and voluntary, charitable and community organisations and private client.

Caroline J. M. Graham
Caroline specialises in Family Law with over twenty five years experience in this area. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Family Law, and is an accredited Family Law Mediator. She is a past convenor of CALM (Comprehensive Accredited Lawyer Mediators) and is appointed as a Curator and Safeguarder on a regular basis by the court, in children cases. Gerald A. Cooper
Gerald looks after clients in domestic and commercial conveyancing, residential leasing and “buy to rent”. He advises clients in the hotel, guest house, self-catering and general tourism sector and also clients in the sale and purchase of care and residential homes. Along side this he also gives advice on crofting law. He joined Macleod & MacCallum in 1979. Gerald has been Chairman of the Highland Solicitors

Graham P. Watson
Graham deals with all aspects of commercial property contracts, conveyancing and leasing, and business advice including loans and securities. He has a great deal of experience with liquor licensing, regularly appearing at local Licensing Boards on behalf of our clients, and advises a number of local housing associations in connection with their properties, housing tenures, securities and statutory compliance. Graham is also the firm’s Client Relations Partner, and our Designated Cash Room Partner, responsible for the firm’s compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules and the Money Laundering Regulations.

Alison M. Martin
Alison specialises in all aspects of domestic conveyancing, including property sales, and also advises clients in the tourism sector. She is the holder of the Financial Planning Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Alison is a season ticket holder at Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Fiona J. Campbell
Fiona specialises in all aspects of family law, civil court and employment law. She regularly represents our clients in local courts and employment tribunals. Fiona is also accredited by the Law Society as a Family Law Mediator.

Corra Gray
Corra is a partner in our commercial department. Her areas of expertise are all aspects of commercial conveyancing, leasing, buying and selling businesses and providing general business advice. She has a particular specialisation in Housing Association Work. She is a former Honorary Secretary of the Inverness Civic Trust.

Derek Flyn (Consultant)
Derek is our crofting law specialist and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in crofting law. He is a joint author of one of the leading textbooks on crofting law. He is a former Sheriff Clerk and a past President of the Scottish Law Agents Society.
