About

Jenna, who is a Specialist in Family Law accredited by the Law Society of Scotland, is also a member of the Family Law Association and advises on all family and child law matters, including protective orders such as interdict, domestic abuse interdicts and non-harassment orders.

Jenna regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across the Highlands on behalf of private and legally aided clients and is involved litigation in the Court of Session in connection with Family Cases. Jenna is also a registered Duty Solicitor with the Scottish Legal Aid Board, in respect of Children’s Hearing work and often represents children and vulnerable adults at Children’s Hearings.

Jenna is collaboratively trained and able to assist clients with a modern approach to resolving disputes on separation, whether the dispute is to do with finances or matters relating to children.

Jenna is pleased to have been invited to provide regular legal updates to local charitable organisations, keeping a keen eye on changes to the law which affects her practice areas.

When not at work Jenna enjoys walking her four legged friend.
