Alison M Martin (Partner)

Alison deals in all aspects of domestic conveyancing. She has worked at Macleod & MacCallum for 20 years and holds the Financial Planning Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Alison is in charge of our Rural Land Department and is also a Director of the Highland Solicitors Property Centre.

Peter F Mason (Partner)

Peter deals in all aspects of both domestic and commercial conveyancing. Born and brought up in Inverness, he joined Macleod & MacCallum in 1995 and is now the Partner in charge of both our Financial Services and Private Client departments. He holds the Financial Planning Certificate and also the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice of The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.

Lindsay Bishop (Partner)

Lindsay joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 1997. Now heading up the largest Solicitor estate agency department in the North of Scotland, Lindsay has very considerable experience in the field of domestic conveyancing. She also acts for clients in the buy to let and development sectors and is the head of our busy Residential Lettings department.

Gary Webster (Solicitor)

Gary joined Macleod & MacCallum in 2010, having worked previously for legal firms in Aberdeen. He graduated from Aberdeen University in 2002 and, after completing the Diploma in Legal Practice, served his Traineeship focusing largely on residential conveyancing work. Gary now deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including purchase, sale and re-mortgage transactions.

Scott Dallas (Trainee Solicitor)

Scott joined Macleod & MacCallum in June 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor. He completed his Law Degree at the University of Strathclyde, graduating with Honours in July 2009. Thereafter he went on to complete the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in May 2010. Scott is currently working as a Trainee within our Residential Conveyancing Department, dealing with all aspects of conveyancing to include the purchase and sale of residential property.

Ruth McLaughlan (Paralegal)

Ruth joined Macleod & MacCallum in 1997, initially working in the Property Department for a number of years. She then began training as a Paralegal in March 2003, completing her formal qualification in 2005 by way of a distance learning course with Strathclyde University. Ruth is now based in our Residential Conveyancing Department, dealing with all aspects of conveyancing, to include the purchase and sale of residential property.

Nicola Cameron (Property Manager)

Nicola joined Macleod & MacCallum in 2002 as an administrative assistant, having previously worked in the Highland Solicitors Property Centre between 1993 and 2001. She then worked as a Sales Negotiator in our Property Department, gaining a wide range of experience in property sales and marketing. Nicola has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents for several years and was appointed as our Property Department Manager in 2008.

Sarah-Anne Gow (Residential Lettings Manager)

Sarah-Anne joined Macleod & MacCallum in 2001 as an administrative assistant in the Property Department, having previously worked for another firm of solicitors locally. She moved to our busy Residential Lettings Department in 2002 and has gained a wide range of experience in property and lettings matters during her time with the firm. Sarah-Anne was appointed as our Residential Lettings Manager in 2008.

Janette Dillon (Sales Negotiator)

Janette joined Macleod & MacCallum in October 2007 and has a background in both Property and Finance. She is currently a Sales Negotiator in our busy Property Department, carrying out pre-sale valuations, taking details and photographs of properties for sale and negotiating with potential viewers and purchasers until a sale is achieved.

Maxine Fenton (Sales Negotiator)

Maxine joined Macleod & MacCallum in July 2010 and works as a Sales Negotiator in our Property Department.

Gemma Dunnett (Lettings Negotiator)

Following an extensive background in customer service roles, including a spell as Terminal Operations Co-ordinator at Inverness Airport, Gemma joined Macleod & MacCallum in November 2009 and is a Negotiator in our Lettings Department.

Nichola Bryson (Lettings Negotiator)

Following a background in administration and customer service, Nichola joined the Lettings Department at Macleod & MacCallum in May 2010 and currently works as a Lettings Administrator / Negotiator.
