Morag S Macintosh (Partner)
Morag deals primarily with family and child law. She is trained in collaborative family law and holds a Law Society appointment as a Civil Legal Aid Peer Reviewer. She is also a Director of Ross-shire Womens Aid. Morag has built up her specialization over the 23 years she has been with Macleod & MacCallum and she acts for clients in both local courts and in the Court of Session.

Fiona J Campbell (Partner)
Fiona deals primarily with family law and employment law. She regularly represents our clients in local courts and employment tribunals. Fiona is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and as a Family Law Mediator, and is trained in collaborative law. Fiona is also an accredited Family Law Arbitrator and a member of the Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland.

Graham Laughton (Associate)
Graham qualified with a European law degree from Strathclyde University in 2000. Since then he has worked for two of Scotland’s largest reparation firms, joining Macleod and MacCallum in 2010. He has acted for many of the largest insurance companies in Europe as well as other businesses and individuals in a variety of court actions. He regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts and conducts litigation in the Court of Session and he is the Firm's main point of contact for employment law matters. Recent highlights include a successful appeal to Scotland’s Supreme Civil Court in a case involving severe injury to a passenger in a car accident and negotiating out of court settlements in personal injury actions worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. Graham is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law. He also conducts other civil business, including property damage cases, contractual disputes and health and safety litigation.

Carol Pritchard (Solicitor)
Carol is a dual qualified solicitor in Scots and English law and was previously a partner in a solicitors’ firm in Nottingham. She joined Macleod & MacCallum in January 2009 and is now based in our Court Department, undertaking a variety of civil court work including payment actions, mortgage and rent possession cases and contract disputes. Her caseload includes several divorce and family cases in the English jurisdiction and she keeps up to date with English family law so that she can continue to represent clients with cross border cases.

Jenna Sharp (Solicitor)
Jenna first joined Macleod & MacCallum as a summer student in 2004 whilst completing her Law Degree at the University of Glasgow. She graduated with an Honours degree in July 2006 and then went on to complete the Diploma in Legal Practice at Aberdeen Graduate School of Law in April 2007. She returned to Macleod & MacCallum as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2007, initially working in the Residential Conveyancing Department and then moving on to the Court Department. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 and is now based in our Court Department dealing with a wide range of family law and civil matters.

Claire Martin (Solicitor)
After graduating from the University of St Andrews with an MA (Hons) in English Language and Literature in 2000, Claire worked for a number of Non-Governmental Organisations in the fields of civil liberties, justice and international development, including Liberty, the Restorative Justice Consortium, CAFOD, Development in Action and SCIAF. She has also worked in India, and holds an MSc in International Development.
Between 2006 and 2009 she undertook the accelerated LLB at the University of Glasgow and the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. She joined Macleod & MacCallum in June 2009 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in June 2011. She is now based in our Court Department, dealing with family law, employment law and other civil matters.

Scott Dallas (Trainee Solicitor)
Scott joined Macleod & MacCallum in June 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor. He completed his Law Degree at the University of Strathclyde, graduating with Honours in July 2009. Thereafter he went on to complete the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in May 2010. Scott initially worked as a Trainee within our Residential Conveyancing Department and is now based in our Court Department dealing with a wide range of general civil court matters.
