The Partners within our Court Department are Caroline Graham, Morag Macintosh and Fiona Campbell.
Carol Pritchard
Carol is a dual qualified solicitor in Scots and English law and was previously a partner in a solicitors’ firm in Nottingham. She joined Macleod & MacCallum in January 2009 and is now based in our Court Department, undertaking a variety of civil court work including payment actions, mortgage and rent possession cases and contract disputes. Her caseload includes several divorce and family cases in the English jurisdiction and she keeps up to date with English family law so that she can continue to represent clients with cross border cases.

Jenna Sharp
Jenna first joined Macleod & MacCallum as a summer student in 2004 whilst completing her Law Degree at the University of Glasgow. She graduated with an Honours degree in July 2006 and then went on to complete the Diploma in Legal Practice at Aberdeen Graduate School of Law in April 2007. She returned to Macleod & MacCallum as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2007, initially working in the Residential Conveyancing Department and then moving on to the Court Department. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 and is now based in our Court Department dealing with a wide range of family law and civil matters.

Stephanie Mackay
Stephanie joined Macleod & MacCallum in 2008. She completed her Law Degree at Glasgow University in 2007, graduating with Honours, and thereafter gained the Diploma in Legal Practice at Strathclyde University. Stephanie initially worked as a trainee within our Residential Conveyancing Department, dealing with all aspects of domestic conveyancing, and then moved on to our Court Department where she is currently based.

Claire Martin
After graduating from the University of St Andrews with an MA (Hons) in English Language and Literature in 2000, Claire worked for a number of Non-Governmental Organisations in the fields of civil liberties, justice and international development, including Liberty, the Restorative Justice Consortium, CAFOD, Development in Action and SCIAF. She has also worked in India, and holds an MSc in International Development.
Between 2006 and 2009 she undertook the accelerated LLB at the University of Glasgow and the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. She joined Macleod & MacCallum in June 2009 as a Trainee Solicitor and is currently based in our Court Department.
