Graham P Watson (Partner)

Graham deals with all aspects of commercial and business advice including property contracts, development site assembly, conveyancing, leasing, loans and securities. He has a great deal of experience with liquor licensing, regularly appearing at local Licensing Boards on behalf of our clients, and advises a number of local housing associations in connection with their properties, housing tenures, securities and statutory compliance.

Corra L Irwin (Partner)

Corra's areas of expertise include all aspects of commercial conveyancing, leasing, buying and selling of businesses and providing general business advice. She also advises on loans and securities. Corra has a particular specialisation in Housing Association Work.

Katrina Ashbolt (Associate)

Katrina joined Macleod & MacCallum in 2004 as a Trainee Solicitor. She has spent a considerable amount of time in our Domestic Conveyancing Department, gaining a wide range of experience in this area, and is now an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial Department, dealing with all aspects of commercial conveyancing transactions; including purchases, sales and commercial leases. Katrina regularly acts on behalf of our Housing Association clients and other large commercial organisations.

Andrew Arnott (Solicitor)

Andrew graduated from the University of Dundee in 2005, trained with a commercial practice in Edinburgh and joined Macleod & MacCallum as a solicitor in 2009. He deals with all aspects of company law, including advising clients on the sale and purchase of companies, the incorporation and management of companies, and company secretarial work. Andrew also provides general, ad hoc advice to directors and shareholders on company law.

Emma Macleod (Paralegal)

Emma previously held a position as Office Manager in a firm of accountants in Inverness before joining Macleod & MacCallum in 2007 as a Paralegal in our Corporate & Commercial Department. She now acts on behalf of our Housing Association clients, who provide affordable housing within the Highland & Islands area, and deals primarily with Shared Equity sales transactions.
