Farewell to Douglas & Caroline
01 April 2010
Macleod & MacCallum bade farewell to two long-serving members of staff this week - our Senior Partner, Douglas Graham, and his wife Caroline, a Partner in our Court Department, who both retired on 31st March.
Douglas joined the firm in 1978 and specialised in Corporate & Commercial Law. He held various appointments over his time with Macleod & MacCallum, including vice-chairman of Moray Firth Radio, chairman of the Highland Hospice, Scotland board member of the Big Lottery Fund and non-executive director of NHS Highland.
Caroline had been with Macleod & MacCallum since 1976, and specialised in Family Law. She is a past convener of the Comprehensive Accredited Lawyer Mediators and was formerly dean of the Faculty of Solicitors in the Highlands.
Douglas and Caroline will be much missed at Macleod & MacCallum and we wish them both a long and happy retirement.
Our new Senior Partner is Graham Watson, who has been with the firm since 1985.
