Seminar a Huge Success!

Macleod & MacCallum’s Corporate & Commercial Department hosted a seminar on recent legal developments at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness on 23 February 2010. One of our Partners, Corra Irwin, gave an overview of the Companies Act 2006. Assistant Solicitor, Andrew Arnott, discussed the codification of Directors’ Duties by the 2006 Act and Graham Watson, another of our Partners, gave a presentation on the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
