A Buoyant Time for Our Lettings Department

2009 proved to be a very buoyant year for our Residential Lettings Department and early indicators have shown that 2010 is also starting in the same vein.

We have seen a steady increase in the number of properties let by us in comparison to 2008, both in the factored and non-factored sectors. With this in mind, we have expanded our Lettings Department and have employed Gemma Dunnett as another Residential Letting Negotiator. Gemma has been with the firm since December 2009 and is a welcome addition to our very busy department.

During 2009, our Residential Lettings Department was delighted to be awarded accreditation by Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS). This is a voluntary scheme which can demonstrate to tenants that the tenancy arrangements we adhere to at Macleod & MacCallum are of the highest standards, as stipulated by Landlord Accreditation Scotland.
