Monitoring Our Service

We are committed to ensuring that we provide the best possible service to our clients. As a matter of practice we regularly send to a large representative sample of our clients a Client Evaluation Form for completion and return.  The information we receive assists us in reviewing and improving our service. If you have not received a Client Evaluation Form from us, following completion of your business, and wish to complete one then please click here and e-mail your completed Form to lee-anne.mccarron@macandmac.co.uk .

Completed Forms are automatically entered into a quarterly prize draw for a case of wine. Our most recent draw in 2008  was in March and the  winner was a lady from Bonar Bridge. Our lucky winner received a very nice case of wine from Waitrose. The next draw will be in a few weeks time so if you would like a few bottles of gorgeous sauvignon or Provence rose to while away the balmy days of summer then make sure you return your survey form as soon as possible.
