If you or your spouse or partner lives in England and Wales, the settlement of marital problems will involve both Scots and English Law. There are differences in the way that Courts deal with Family Law in Scotland and England and you may need both advice on the legal aspects of the case and someone to represent you if the case is being heard in an English Court.
