As a result of our continued growth exciting opportunities exist for two solicitors to join our dynamic commercial team. The commercial property role would suit either a newly qualified solicitor or someone with greater experience and will involve dealing with general commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, development and leasing. The corporate role is likely to be filled by a solicitor with at least two years PQE in this field and will include general corporate work, company acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, corporate structures, corporate finance and general business advice.
