A 'job for life' scenario is an increasingly rare thing and within this changing work environment a knowledge of the legal rights of employers and employees is becoming ever more important.
 
If you are an employer we can advise on redundancy arrangements, contracts of employment and provide representation in the event of an Employment Tribunal.
