We have acted for a number of local and national developers in connection with both residential and commercial developments.

We know that the key for any developer is that the site which has been identified for development is suitable for the purpose envisaged so that it can reach its maximum potential. Before committing to a development programme, we can ensure that the site is free from problematic title issues, for example in connection with access or the provision of services. We can also check that there are no title conditions which might prevent or restrict the proposed development.

We have extensive experience in site assembly work, for both commercial and residential purposes, and recognise the importance of identifying positive solutions to any problems which might arise.

And on completion of a development we can deal with the onward sales or leases of the residential or commercial units.
