Debt Recovery

Bad debtors are a common problem for many businesses. In a local community it is important to be seen to be taking effective action to recover outstanding debts. We will recommend the most appropriate form of debt recovery. If contact can be made with the debtor, a 'solicitor's letter' will often lead to payment. However, in difficult cases, we can raise court proceedings if that is appropriate, following an assessment of the debtors circumstances.
