Crofting Commission Applications

As the Government regulator, crofters and landlords will have regular dealings with the Crofting Commission.  Macleod & MacCallum can provide expert assistance with all types of regulatory procedures and applications including:-

A number of the applications above were significantly amended by the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2007. For more information on the 2007 Act please read our Client Briefing.

Landlords and Tenants should be aware that the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, which is not yet fully in force, makes provision for the reorganisation of the Crofting Commission.
