Steve Johnstone (Chief Executive)

Steve joined the Firm as Chief Executive in February 2010. His background is in Management and HR consulting and he has also held the posts of regional General Manager and Director in private sector SMEs. Steve has extensive experience of the management of change, organisational design and development, gained in all sectors throughout the UK. He is a qualified member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
 

Steve is responsible for overseeing the Administration of the Firm and its business, for promoting the Firm and its products and services both internally and externally and for assisting in the defining the Firms strategy and business planning. One of his key roles is to continually develop the Firms capabilities through enhancement of the existing excellent skills, behaviours and attitudes of its people, at all levels.
