Extended Festive Season Hours for Licensed Premises
The Highland Licensing Board has made a determination under Section 67 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 in respect of extension of hours during the festive season on 24th, 25th and 31st December 2010.
The determination applies only to on-sales in Highland Licensing Board area where the Operating Plan of the premises includes the provision of hot food.
The effect of the determination is that premises which comply with the hot food provision can remain open until 2 am on each of these three dates (i.e. 2 am the following morning) without having to make an application to the Board for extension of hours.
