Buying A Property
For most people buying a property will be the biggest financial commitment they will ever make. It can be a complicated business but we can guide you through the whole process.
Even before you start looking for a property, we would welcome an opportunity to discuss your specific requirements. We can give advice on areas, prices, surveys, mortgages and the procedures involved.
Once you have found the right property we will 'note interest' for you with the selling agent. This does not oblige you to buy - it simply indicates that you are interested in the property and wish to be kept informed of developments.
We will arrange an appropriate survey and advise you on the best type for the property you have chosen. We can advise about how much you might need to offer for a property, and submit a formal offer on your behalf. We will carry out the negotiations with the selling agents until all conditions have been agreed and a contract concluded.
We will, of course, deal with the conveyancing - the legal transfer of ownership of the property from the seller to you.
However, it is our range of additional services which make our service special.
Our Insurance Manager can advise you about insuring the property and its contents.
As Independent Financial Advisers we can advise on your mortgage requirements. With many different kinds of loans available at any time, it can be very confusing and so it is advisable to have reliable advice so that you can be confident that you have chosen the repayment method which is best suited to your circumstances.
Use our full range of services to ensure that your purchase is completed as easily and smoothly as possible. Come to us to make your move.
